Craig Owens took to social media on Saturday (April 25) to tease fans about the possibility of a Destroy Rebuild Until God Shows (D.R.U.G.S.) reunion tour.

Owens said “Corona needs to hurry so I can announce this new D.R.U.G.S. Tour” via a tweet.

D.R.U.G.S. unveiled a new single titled “King I Am” on March 2, produced by Owens’ friend Hiram Hernandez and is the first song released under the band’s name since their self-titled debut album in 2011. You can listen to that song below:

In a recent interview with Forbes, Owens was asked about what is come with D.R.U.G.S. and he told them that it will be returning to a solely Owens project. He was also asked if a new album is coming and he elaborated to Forbes that he is writing the next D.R.U.G.S. album and started writing it in early December (2019).

“I am writing the next D.R.U.G.S. album. I started writing it in early December. This song was written in early December. It was produced by my friend Hiram Hernandez. I’ve been working really hard on the album and that’s where my focus is” said Owens to Forbes.

Owens continue to explain about the new D.R.U.G.S. album that is in the works saying that he wants to write “an album that is high-energy, that is motivational. Nothing that’s too whiny or self-deprecating. It’s time to step up and communicate something that I believe is missing in that world right now. I hope to team up with a bunch of my producer friends. I love working with other people, but I do have a very focused vision for this.”

He teased fans further about a D.R.U.G.S. tour telling Forbes, “Yes, there will most definitely be shows and tours. I’m not sure exactly how it’ll roll out, but I’m currently building my team around it. Once the album is written and done, then I’ll move forward.” Read the full interview with Owens on Forbes HERE.
