Chris Tomlin joined forces with Florida Georgia Line and Thomas Rhett to virtually perform their song “Thank You Lord” on The Late Late Show with James Corden. The track is featured on Tomlin’s new album.
“This song has country, Jackson 5, R&B, pop,” said Tomlin. “It’s just a great smash-up of everything. It was important to each of us to sing this one together. ‘For my momma and for my friends, for my babies, for my girl.’ I play it for my girls and instantly they start dancing.”
Tomlin’s new album, Chris Tomlin & Friends, released on July 31 and enlisted some of his superstar buddies to sings on the tracks with him including Thomas Rhett, Florida Georgia Line, Russell Dickerson, Lady A and more.
