The album’s first single “Longshot” fanned the flames of expectation from its release and swiftly climbed the charts, recently cracking the Top 5 at Alternative radio. “Longshot”has also amassed over 30 million global streams, as the band approaches 900 million global streams overall. Catfish and the Bottlemen recently wrapped an extensive North American headline tour, which concluded with a SOLD-OUT date at Brooklyn Steel. Their U.S. and Canada run picks back up in June, including radio concert series and a festival performance atBonnaroo Music & Arts Festival. Full routing can be found below. The Balance was recorded by Van McCann (vocals, guitars), Johnny Bond (guitars), Robert ‘Bob’ Hall (drums) and Benji Blakeway (bass) over a 12-month period in the company of Irish producer, Jacknife Lee (U2, The Killers), in two secluded studios; Grouse Lodge, in Moate, Republic of Ireland, and The Chapel in the countryside of East Lincolnshire, and mixed by Craig Silvey (Florence + the Machine, Arcade Fire).
