Bronx rapper, Cardi B has been having a whirlwind of success with her singles “Bodak Yellow,” “Bartier Cardi,” and her collab with Bruno Mars with their single “Finesse.” The female rapper made her late night debut tonight on Saturday Night Live and she showed off her baby bump this time, the “Bodak Yellow” rapper has been trying to conceal the pregnancy as rumors swirled throughout the internet.
Cardi officially announced her pregnancy tonight after her two performances on the SNL, the Bronx rapper performed “Bodak Yellow” and “Be Careful” off her debut album Invasion of Privacy, which dropped this past Friday. The 25-year-old artist teased viewers early in the episode by crossing her legs, successfully hiding her abdomen, during a cameo in a digital short with SNL cast member Aidy Bryant.
During her second song of the night “Be Careful,” Cardi sang through the first few verses of the song, with only her upper body filling the screen for viewers tuning in. The camera eventually pulled back, panning slowly towards the rapper revealing Cardi’s elegant tight white wedding style dress which was indeed showcasing her baby bump. Cardi will likely share more details about her personal life, her pregnancy, her debut album, and her relationship on Monday, when she co-hosts The Tonight Show alongside Jimmy Fallon.
