Global superstars, BTS took the 2019 Billboard Music Awards stage with chart topping Halsey for the worldwide debut performance of their brand new single “Boy With Luv.”
Their collaborative performance was absolutely impeccable with the boys of BTS and Halsey’s vocals blending together so perfectly. The crowd went absolutely wild for this first time performance of the song that has been conquering on radio. Launching their performance with the BTS boys dancing in sync, perfectly choreographed with the opening verses of the song before Halsey appeared on-stage singing the chorus with them and joining in on their choreographed dance flawlessly. Their performance left the arena rumbling.
Two-time Billboard Music Award winners BTS last performed at the 2018 Billboard Music Awards with their top 10 Billboard Hot 100 single “Fake Love” and the internet exploded with excitement seeing the K-Pop band get the recognition that they deserve on a televised award show. They also walked away with the Top Social Artist award in both 2017 and 2018, and are nominated in both the Top Duo/Group and Top Social Artist categories this year (2019). Three-time Billboard Music Award winner Halsey took the Billboard Music Awards stage in both 2017 and 2018, first performing her smash hit song “Now or Never” and then joining The Chainsmokers the following year to pay tribute to the late, Avicii. Halsey is nominated this year for Top Female Artist and Top Selling Song for “Without Me.”
