Nashville’s Losers Bar and Grill was evacuated on Wednesday evening (Aug. 3) as fans awaited to enter for the Hixtape Whiskey Jam Takeover, which was scheduled to feature performances from HARDY, ERNEST, Jon Langston, Ben Burgess, Sean Stemaly, Hunter Phelps and a slew of surprise guests.
The evacuation was due to a reported gas leak, according to WSMV.

In addition to a gas leak, Fox Nashville reported on Twitter that a roof partially collapsed at the event, however, several fans shared with Music Mayhem that the floor in Losers Bar collapsed while hundreds of fans waited to enter the concert.

Fans were then asked to promptly exit the building by the Nashville Fire Department (NFD), where the record-breaking crowd of fans were then forced to stand outside the popular midtown bar, located at 1911 Division Street, as Nashville Fire Department assessed the situation.
Concertgoers tell us that “mass chaos” erupted when hundreds of upset fans, some who traveled from afar, were forced to lose their place in line despite standing outside the venue for several hours with hopes to secure a close spot near the stage.
It is currently unclear if the event will proceed as planned at this time.
