Hannah Lee Fowler has reportedly withdrawn her divorce complaint against country superstar Sam Hunt

According to new court documents obtained by PEOPLE on Tuesday (Feb. 22), Fowler withdrew her complaint just hours after she filed it on Friday (Feb. 18) in Tennessee.

The outlet also reported that in the documents Fowler requests that the divorce petition be “voluntarily nonsuited without prejudice,” which means Fowler can file for divorce again the future if she wanted to. The court records also said that “[Fowler believes] that all hopes of reconciliation are exhausted.”

Fowler originally filed for divorce from the “Hard To Forget” singer on February 18, claiming that Hunt is “guilty of inappropriate marital conduct” and that he is also “guilty of adultery,” per TMZ.

At the time TMZ also reported that the “boilerplate code section” stated that “the husband is guilty of such cruel and inhuman treatment or conduct toward the spouse as renders cohabitation unsafe or improper.”

Hunt and Fowler have never publicly shared that they were expecting their first child together, however, the legal documents also revealed that the “23” singer and his wife are expecting and are due in May of 2022.

In the documents, which were filed in the no-fault divorce state of Tennessee, Fowler asked for alimony, primary custody of their soon-to-be born child, as well as child support.

As per alimony, Fowler said she wanted “transitional alimony, rehabilitative alimony, and alimony in future.”

Fowler also requested that “the parties be awarded their respective separate property.”

Hunt and Fowler first started dating in 2008 while the singer/songwriter was playing football for the University of Alabama. They eventually broke up but dated on and off for several years.

Fowler was the inspiration behind Hunt’s breakout album, Montevallo, which he named after her hometown.

Hunt tried to win Fowler back for several months and he was eventually successful.

“I think last summer I went out [to Hawaii] about seven times in about three months, trying to talk to her about coming back,” Sam revealed in a 2017 interview with Entertainment Tonight. “And the seventh trip I convinced her.”

Hunt and Fowler remained tight-lipped about their relationship, but after they began popping up on each other’s Instagram feeds, fans assumed they were back on.

They confirmed their engagement in January 2017 and eventually wed on April 15, 2017, in Hunt’s hometown of Cedartown, Georgia.
