Vince Neil was hospitalized with broken ribs after falling off the stage during a recent concert.
The Motley Crue frontman was hospitalized on Friday (Oct. 15) evening after falling off the stage mid-concert at Monsters On The Mountain Music Festival in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.
In several fan-captured clips, which you can watch below, you can see the “KickStart My Heart” singer tripping near the edge of the stage before falling 4-feet off the stage onto a concrete ground.
According to a report by The Wrap, Neil was touring in support of his solo material and performing with his solo band when the incident occurred in Tennessee. The 60-year-old rock star was rushed backstage to have his injuries assessed, which the publication reported that Neil was in need of immediate medical treatment and broke a few ribs from the fall.

After Neil was taken backstage, bassist Dana Strum told the crowd, “I have some bad news, but I want to tell the truth. The truth is Vince fell and broke ribs when he fell. He can’t breathe, and he’s gonna get dealt with medically.”
Despite being injured, Neil wanted to continue the show, however the medics onsite forced him to seek medical assistance immediately.
“Now, that sucks for us, and him, he was so excited to be here,” Strum added. “He lives in Tennessee, but he was willing to stick it out, tough it out, with the people back here telling him ‘don’t do it.’”
The crowd applauded Neil for his willingness to keep the show going despite his injuries, however, it wasn’t possible as the team of medics onsite said it was of his best interest to be seen immediately by a Doctor.
