BREAKING BENJAMIN has released a new single “Blood” and can be streamed below. The track is taken from the band’s forthcoming sixth studio album, Ember, which will be released on April 13th via Hollywood Records. “Blood” is your third preview of Ember, following single “Feed the Wolf” and the albums lead single “Red Cold River.”

Speaking about Ember, frontman Benjamin Burnley said:People have always really liked the heavier side of the band. I think that’s what they sort of gravitate towards. But we also make sure to explore our melodic and softer side too. We just tried to make it more extreme – the softer side on this album is really soft, and the heavy side is really heavy. We decided to give everybody what they want to the furthest degree.

Ember is the follow-up to Breaking Benjamin’s 2015 comeback effort Dark Before Dawn, which spawned the singles “Failure,” “Angels Fall” and “Never Again,” and debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top 200 Charts.
