The superstar last performed on the show eight years ago when she joined her idol Stevie Wonder in 2012 for a performance of “Higher Ground.” Tonight, the singer performed “Love Looks Better.”

The 2020 Billboard Music Awards also featured performances from Luke Combs, Kane Brown, Garth Brooks, Post Malone, BTS, Demi Lovato, John Legend, Doja Cat, Sia and more. The 2020 Billboard Music Awards were originally scheduled to take place in Las Vegas on Wednesday, April 29, but were forced to be postponed due to the ongoing pandemic.
