Dancing With The Stars announced their star-studded list of competitors for Season 29 via Good Morning America.
This morning (Sept. 2), the dance competition show revealed that Grammy-Award winning Rapper Nelly, Tiger King star Carole Baskin, Desperate Housewives‘ Jesse Metcalf, Superbowl Champion Vernon Davis. This announcement follows the already announce celebrities casted into the show including Bachelorette star Kaitlyn Bristowe and Backstreet Boys’ AJ McLean.
Baskin says that she is ready for the show and is prepare to set the record straight after she was “villianized” by the Netflix series, Tiger King.
Nelly says he is “up for the challenge” despite it is a very “different energy” for him. “I’m a Scorpio, I feel like I can do anything,” he added. “This is going to be my biggest test yet, but I’m up for it.”
Others set to compete this year are Cheer coach Monica Aldama, actress Anne Heche, Disney Channel alum Skai Jackson, One Day at a Time star Justina Machado, The Real co-host Jeannie Mai, NBA great Charles Oakley, Catfish host Nev Schulman, Selling Sunset favorite Chrishell Stause and ice skater Johnny Weir.
Dancing With The Stars’ Season 29 premieres on Monday, Sept. 14.
